Authentic Relating

Enjoy an evening with community in deeper authenticity and connection, while raising awareness and expanding communication tools - led by Soteria.

Authentic relating is about fostering deep, honest connections by being present, vulnerable, and transparent in interactions. It aims to enhance empathy and trust in relationships.

Soteria was introduced to AR in 2017 while studying principles of Hakomi and Core Energetics. She began taking course in AR in 2021-2024 attending multiple Level 1 & 2 and Completing Level 3 & 4. These practices have woven into her healing arts practice, and continue to enrich her relationships with loved ones and in community living. Using these principles guide her in taking the leap to facilitate and teach rather than working only in the 1:1 therapeutic containers.
