Our Story
This event was birthed unexpectedly with a phone call just days before NYE in 2023!
Setesh Free of Reciprocity Music reached out to Drew LaPlante at Awake looking to find a home and a stage for some very special musicians after another event had become untenable.
MOSE, Sam Garrett, Nessi Gomes and other amazing conscious musicians came to Awake and we held a very special concert and created a profound family field and super uplifting vibrations! We bring it back together with the same intentions and so much more beautiful family in 2025!

Meet The Artists
MOSE & BRUNA
Mose is based in Guatemala where cacao ceremonies and ecstatic dance have had a major influence on his productions and DJ style. It is here that he founded regular cacao dances where members of the community have the opportunity to journey deep into dance while held in a ceremonial container, free of alcohol.
Beyond the multicultural rhythms and the steady hypnotic beat, Mose weaves ephemeral chanting of sacred songs and calls to love, kindness and compassion, often bringing in live musicians to create something improvisational connected with that particular place and time. He creates with the intention to set a foundation for self discovery and the cultivation of a present minded state which offers new insights and deeper clarity in ones purpose.

Our music is an ode to the wild spirit, a tribute to Mother Earth and a loveletter to life itself. We are deeply inspired by native traditions and have been blessed to learn with and from various indigenous peoples around the world. In fact, each member of Curawaka has spent extensive time living and studying with different tribes of in different parts of the world We are in constant tribute to all indigenous peoples everywhere for their ancestral cultures, their traditions and knowledge, and their eternal mission to protect the sacred balance of life.
