Recalibrate: An Auditory Alignment

'Recalibrate' is a time to reset and clear within the mind, body, and spirit any energetic misalignments and stagnant energy residing, first through using somatic exercises to welcome all parts of you into the experience physically, followed by the cleansing of the energetic field with sound, vibration, and frequency. The first 30 minutes will be dedicated to dropping into the body through tools such as breathwork, light stretching, EFT, and a fun vocal game inspired by songshops with musical visionary, Porangui. The last hour will be the moment of recalibration, where participants will find a peaceful space within themselves while being guided through the ethers on a sonic journey with Troy’s voice and array of instruments as our compass. About Troy: For two and a half years, Troy has been touring between Central America, USA, and Egypt co-facilitating retreats, residencies and festivals offering the beautiful gift of sound, frequency, vibration, and love. In this time Troy has witnessed many people have profound reactions by creating safe space for the body to receive sound therapy beforehand and then to receive it. Oftentimes, his participants are individuals whom have never experienced a sound journey and comment on how they felt they left their body and traveled through the astral plane. Others have broken down crying in the middle because it opened up a space of innocence that they haven’t felt in a long time. Some feel completely energised as though they had the greatest Power Nap. Troy chooses to call himself a sound therapist and not a healer, as he believes it is the individual’s responsibility to find the healing within themselves and with God; He simply is there to create the space for that conversation to be a bit easier.
