Women at Awake are inviting you to join our sharing and nourishing Monday evening ritual.
We meet Monday evenings to connect deeper with the sisters around us.
We are creating a space to welcome everything that is present and be safe to share vulnerability.
Our facilitation is based on Authentic Relating principles and each of us co create and bring our unique gifts.
Depending on the day and the needs of the group we may explore artistic expressions as well as a place to share what’s on your heart and your mind.
We believe this practice can raise consciousness inside and outside of us, help to grow supportive connections and heal with each other.
The exchange is based on a sliding scale of what you can afford, starting from $5 up to $20.
