What is the Awake Earth vision?
Awake Earth is a community and heart-centered approach to a festival!
This festival is an extension and amplification of our daily celebration of life here at Awake Uvita, in which we create space to connect more deeply to Mother Earth, ourselves and each other. Our intention is for you to leave inspired, energized and even transformed. This festival will be an intimate one--we are making only 450 tickets available. And it will take what we feel is a healthier approach to what a festival can be: mainstage sound no later than midnight; energy to participate in our pillar practices like yoga, breathwork, authentic relating and meditation; and engaging in profound talks on community building, herbalism, permaculture, freedom and bitcoin. And dancing! There will be plenty of dancing and communing under the stars alongside the Uvita river. Awake Earth is a family-friendly gathering and there will be no alcohol vending. About the Event
AWAKE EARTH will take place in the lush riverside setting of Awake in Uvita, Costa Rica.
It's easily accessible & close to town while being incredibly private. Artists & Speakers will be sharing on three stages: the Freedom Village, the Surya Shala and a brand-new Riverfront Garden MainStage with views from multiple terraces including our Sacred Fire Circle.

Ayla Nereo is a creature of forests and rivers, a bridger of the timeless and modern, a musician and poet weaving forth a magical and emotional world of sonic beauty. Lyrical meditations and riddles of language dance into wondrous tapestries of sound and story, from electronic folk ballads to celtic melodies and elvin loop-pedal mantras.
With an uncanny ability to crack open the heart, Ayla's songs are an ode to the wonder of being human, inviting us deeper into the exquisite and innately psychedelic dream of this moment.

With over +100 million streams, Equanimous has pushed the boundaries of music through heart-expanding vibrations unconfined to any particular genre or style. YAIMA
Cascadian Folktronic Duo from Seattle, WA
Featuring Multi-Instrumentalist & Producer Masaru Higasa from Okinawa, Japan and Vocalist Pepper Proud from Seattle, WA. Yaima has often been described as timeless and unmistakable, offering a balanced synergy of both the masculine and feminine expression. Their melodious soundscapes showcase instruments from all over the world. Inspired by the Majesty of Nature their musings encompass the listener with driving and revitalizing organic rhythms, transcendent electronic production, warm soothing female vocals and heartened lyricism.
Their intention is to create a bridge between Nature and Humankind, an expansive experience that encourages growth and graceful passage for the hearts and minds of their listeners.
The name YAIMA emerges from two sources
one from the Mapudungun language meaning "that which water runs through" and the other from the culturally preserved Yaeyama District of Okinawa Japan- Over the last 5 years YAIMAs music has been reaching the ears and hearts of listeners from all around the world.
CHANCHA VIA CIRCUITO
Chancha Via Circuito’s music is a fusion of traditional cumbia rhythms with digital production techniques, incorporating elements of electronic music, folk, and world music. His sound is characterized by its infectious energy, catchy melodies, and eclectic sampling.
